How do I place an order?

Click and Collect Orders

1. At the top of the website, click the "Select a Rental Period" bar and select "Pickup" to the top left of the pop-up date picker window.

Once "Pickup" is selected, pick the day that you would like to collect the order from our warehouse followed by selecting the date you would like to return the order to us once the hire has finished. 

Weekends:
Our online booking tool does not currently provide the ability to book pick up or return on Saturdays or Sundays as our warehouse and office is closed on weekends.

For an event on a Saturday or Sunday, we allow pick up on a Friday and return on a Monday charged at a 1 day hire rate. 

If you're event is on a Friday night and you are able to collect on Friday morning, please select Friday as the hire start day and Monday as the hire end day. 

If you require your order before a Friday event, please select Thursday as the collection day. 

Note:
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your pick up and return time slot. This simply lets us know when to expect you to ensure your order is ready and that someone is at the warehouse to assist you.

Delivery Orders

1. At the top of the website, click the "Select a Rental Period" bar and select "Delivery" to the top right of the pop-up date picker window.

Once "Delivery" is selected, pick the day that you require the order to be delivered from calendar followed by the date you would like the order to be collected from you once the hire has finished. 

Weekends:
Our online booking tool does not currently provide the ability to book delivery or after-hire collection services for Saturdays or Sundays as our transport does not normally operate on these days. If your delivery location is unable to accept delivery on weekdays, please contact us for a customised quote for weekend delivery rates.

We allow for delivery the day prior to an event and collection the day after. For an event on a Saturday or Sunday, we would normally deliver on a Friday and return to collect on a Monday. 

If you're event is on a Friday night and you are able to accept delivery on Friday morning, please select Friday as the hire start day and Monday as the hire end day. 

If you require your delivery before Friday, please select Thursday as the delivery day. 

Note:
Our driver will send you a courtesy text with an estimated arrival time when they are on their way to your location. In most cases at least 30 minutes notice is provided.

Sales Orders

1. From the "Buy Equipment" page, select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart if you they are in stock. 

Note:
If the item you want is not showing stock, please contact us, they're often not far away.

2.
Complete the check out process, selecting to collect from us or add delivery to your order if you would like it delivered.

If you are prompted to select a pick up or delivery date from the date picker, please choose any future date and ignore this selection. This issue is being resolved by our technicians and will not be a required step in the near future. 

3.
Once your order is placed, we will send an email to confirm and contact you to arrange a suitable collection time or for your items to be dispatched for delivery at the earliest opportunity.
